3.2 Prohibited Trademark Uses

You are PROHIBITED from:

• Using Our Name: Opening a restaurant or food business named "GharSe" or confusingly similar
• Logo Misuse: Displaying our logo on your website, social media, or marketing materials
• Domain Squatting: Registering domains like "bantuskitchenfranchise.com" or "bantuskitchenreview.com" to mislead consumers
• Social Media Impersonation: Creating fake Instagram/Facebook pages pretending to be us
• Keyword Hijacking: Bidding on "GharSe" in Google Ads to redirect traffic to your business

Penalties:

• Civil (Section 135, Trade Marks Act): ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) damages + injunction
• Criminal (Section 103, Trade Marks Act): Imprisonment up to 3 years + fine up to ₹2,00,000
• Domain Seizure: We will file UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) to seize infringing domains

3.3 Authorized Uses (With Permission)

If you wish to use our trademark for legitimate purposes (review website, food blog, affiliate marketing), contact us at trademark@gharse.app. We may grant a limited license with conditions:

• Proper attribution and disclaimer (e.g., "GharSe is a registered trademark...")
• No misleading use implying endorsement
• Revocable at our discretion

4.1 Patent-Pending Technologies

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• API Abuse: Make excessive API requests to overload servers (DDoS)

6.2 Technical Countermeasures

We employ the following defenses:

• Rate Limiting: Max 100 requests per minute per IP
• Bot Detection: Cloudflare Turnstile, reCAPTCHA challenges
• IP Blocking: Automatic ban for suspicious traffic patterns
